At the moment, we are looking for fabric partners from various organisation and industries as well as NGOs who would like to place a fabric bin at their office buildings/sites in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka up to Muar Council area, Johor. You can be a part of:

  • Government ministries and its agencies
  • Corporate citizens
  • Textile producers, retailers and industrial associations
  • Media partners and influencers
  • NGOs and social enterprises
  • Academic Institutions
  • Health institutions
  • Community

However, the site verification will be performed and subject to approval by Kloth Malaysia Sdn Bhd

Yes you are most welcome to adopt as many fabric bins as you like! We have two types of bins; the chute bins and the wheelie bins

The provision and delivery of bins are free of charge. However, you will need to pay a one off mobilisation fee depending on the type of organisation and duration of the fabric bin placement.

Yes. We will reward you for your passion and effort through:

Fabric buyback value whereby you will receive RM0.10 for every kilogram of your fabric donation. We will arrange a scheduled payment on quarterly/half yearly basis.

For post-event collection, disbursement will be done a month after the collection.

Yes you can. However there will be extra charges in addition to the mobilization fee. Email us as ask@kloth.com.my for the rates.

  • Please note that there are additional charges for die-cut printing style.
  • Charges quoted include vendor transportation & labour cost for sticker wrapping.
  • The artwork material is made from vinyl sticker.

Yes. It will go into our sinking fund for managing the overall fabric recycling operation.

Our normal arrangements are:

  • less than 3 months
  • 3 months and beyond

There is a scheduled collection done on a weekly basis. However, if the bin is full before the designated collection period, you may contact us at ask@kloth.com.my and collection will be done within 48 hours.

Kloth Cares bin delivery and collection will be done by Life Line Clothing Malaysia - Kloth’s fabric recycling operator. You can contact us at ask@kloth.com.my and arrange for collection.

Yes, it is possible to have Kloth Cares bins at your event. However, you need to contact us at ask@kloth.com.my at least 15 working days before the event.

We will try to create a special arrangement for you. Please bear in mind there will be some mobilization cost involved. Let’s discuss more at ask@kloth.com.my

Please avoid the following :

  • Soiled garments and rags
  • Glass
  • Metal
  • Paper
  • Rubbish
  • Plastic

For your information, we also assist organisations to discard old corporate uniforms and t-shirts with embroidered or printed logo. The logos will be shredded and the fabrics can be reprocessed into rags, insulation and stuffing.
